Instructions

Step 1
Combine meatloaf mix, garlic powder, salt, pepper, both cheeses, and 1 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs to roll meatballs in. Mix all day ingredients together gently.
Step 2
Beat eggs and olive pool together and add to dry ingredients. Mix together and form balls (approximately 16). Roll balls in reserved bread crumbs.
Step 3
Spray meatballs with olive oil and air fry on 360 degrees for about 26 minutes or until golden brown. Rotate meatballs occasionally as they cook. Add pinch of salt immediately after they come out of the air fryer.
