Instructions
Step 1
Chop all tomatoes into quarters or smaller.
Step 2
Chop and deseed all but one jalapeños into quarters.
Step 3
Chop the half onion into quarters.
Step 4
Put 2 tomatoes, the whole jalapeño with seeds, a piece of the onion, one chipotle in adobo, about a quarter can of the tomatoes with some juice, salt, and apple cider vinegar into blender and purée
Step 5
Place the rest of the ingredients into the blender and pulse until desired texture.
