Step 1
Chop and fry your onions and garlic

2. Add your chicken into the pot when onions are soft

3. Add spices into the pan and stir it (add a little water)

5. Add your tomato purée, tinned tomatoes and stock

6. Cover it, let the chicken cook for a little while.

7. Add the potatoes and carrots when your chicken is almost soft and cooked through well.

8. Let potato’s cook and then add your frozen peas at the last 6ish minutes.
