Instructions
Optional - if adding oats * blend first
Step 1
Add the oats to the blender. Blend the oats first until they form a fine oat flour.
Healthy ice cream
Step 2
Add the yogurt, date syrup, vanilla, and milk to blender.
Step 3
Blend until completely smooth.
Step 4
Transfer to a shallow airtight container.
Step 5
Freeze for about 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice during the first hour if possible.
Step 6
Once frozen, store in the freezer.
To serve
Step 7
Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping so it softens.
