Instructions

Step 1
Bloom yeast by mixing active dry yeast + warm water + a pinch of almond flour. Let sit 5–10 min until foamy.
Step 2
Microwave shredded mozzarella + Greek yogurt in 30‑sec bursts until melted and smooth.
Step 3
In a bowl mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and optional garlic powder. Add melted cheese, eggs, and yeast mixture. Mix/knead into sticky dough.
Step 4
Let dough rest 15–30 min for slight breadier flavor.
Step 5
Divide into 6 balls and flatten into naan shapes.
Step 6
Cook in a preheated nonstick skillet over medium heat, 2–3 min per side until golden.
Step 7
For garlic ghee, melt ghee in a small pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 8
Brush warm naan with garlic ghee and sprinkle parsley.
