Instructions
Step 1
Cook bacon to a crisp in a pan
Dice tomato and potatos
Step 2
Once bacon is finished cooking dry them of oil with a towel by placing the bacon between two sheets and press down
Step 3
Crack eggs into pan and add all of your ingredients(half of your tomato if you want to add some ontop)
Allow to cook then fold into a omelet once it has cooked through
Step 4
Brown each side if you'd like then serve with your choice of sauce If you fail at making a omelet just scramble it, I suck at making omelets so when I mess up I just scramble it up
