Once bacon is finished cooking dry them of oil with a towel by placing the bacon between two sheets and press down

Crack eggs into pan and add all of your ingredients(half of your tomato if you want to add some ontop) Allow to cook then fold into a omelet once it has cooked through

Brown each side if you'd like then serve with your choice of sauce If you fail at making a omelet just scramble it, I suck at making omelets so when I mess up I just scramble it up
