Ingredients

Meatballs
1 lbground beef
1egg
⅛ cupparsley
chopped
2cloves garlic
minced
0.25yellow onion
chopped
⅙ cupparmesan grated
0.25panko
1 teaspoonOregano
½ teaspooncinnamon
¼ teaspooncumin
salt
pepper
Rice
Veggie mix

Instructions
For meatballs
Step 1
Set oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Combine all meatball ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combined.
Step 3
Form into golf ball sized servings and arrange on baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
For rice
Step 5
Cook rice per package instructions with lemon zest and lemon juice added along with rice.
Step 6
Add chopped dill once rice is cooked through.
For veggies
Step 7
Chop all veggies to desired size and combine in mixing bowl.
Step 8
Add olive oil, oregano, and salt to desired taste.
Combine
Step 9
Add rice, meatballs, and veggies and top with feta and tzatziki!
