Instructions
For the Rice
Step 1
• In a large pot, add oil and fry the onions until transparent then add in cardamom, cinnamon & bay leaves, cook until golden brown and remove from the pan.
• Using the right ration of rice add water on the same pot and bring to a boil. • Add salt to taste and maintain a simmer.
•Add raisins and fried onions.
• Let the rice rest covered with foil
For the Creamy Base Beef
Step 2
•Melt some butter on low heat
•Add beef, black pepper, salt, tumeric, garlic.
•Cover and let beef cook for 10minutes.
•Add cooking cream and allow to simmer for 3 minutes
•Garnish with Corriander
