Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken with a little olive oil salt pepper and paprika. Put it in the air fryer and cook (20-23min @180)
Step 2
In the meantime cat cauliflower and broccoli and marinate the same way olive oil paprika salt pepper.
Step 3
When chicken is ready leave it aside and add in the air fryer the cauliflower and broccoli.
Step 4
Finally in the wok, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and when it's hot add the bean sprouts, chilli and the garlic let it simmer for two minutes and then add soy sauce.
