Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 200c gas mark 7 180c fan oven
Step 2
Coat the chicken thighs with the Puréety Char Siu glaze and leave the glaze to develop on a cooking tray for at least 20-30 minutes
Step 3
Bake the chicken on a large roasting tray for 10 minutes
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the Pac Choi and tender stem broccoli (halve the broccoli if the stem is thick). Then in separate bowls, drizzle with the sesame oil, and season with sea salt and toss to coat (add the sesame seeds to the Pac choi)
Step 5
After 10 minutes add the Broccoli to the oven with the chicken. Bake for a further 5 minutes then add the Pac Choi and cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the veg is to your liking
Step 6
When the chicken is thoroughly cooked, take out the oven, sprinkle with spring onions and serve with cooked rice - enjoy!
