Instructions

Step 1
First, cut the bread into pieces and soak it in the milk.
Step 2
Then mash everything together and add the egg, vanilla, and sugar.
Step 3
Once everything is well combined, heat a frying pan and add some butter.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook until set and golden on both sides
Step 5
In a small pot, melt the sugar with a little water to make a light, slightly transparent syrup
Step 6
Pour it over the pancake and serve
