Instructions

Step 1
Start off by cooking the duck, score the skin then skin down on a frying pan for 5 mins no oil needed the fat tends to cook the duck without it.
Step 2
Take the duck off the frying pan then put it skin up on a baking tray cook for 22 mins at 200 fan. (This is not a pink duck recipe)
Step 3
Chop up your vegetables add into a pot with the broth when the duck is almost finished stay to simmer the broth while soft boiling an egg in a separate pot (soft boil on a egg roughly 3:45 from when the water starts to boil).
Step 4
Finally cook the noddles in a pot (same one as the eggs were cooked in then take the duck out the oven mix everything into a bowl and garnish with chillies.
