Jam crumble bars (any type of jam)

1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a square baking dish with parchment paper. 2. Add the flour, oats, sugar and baking powder to a bowl. 3. Melt the butter and mix that with the other ingredients. 4. Add half the crumble mixture to the dish and press down well with the back of a spoon. 5. Add the jam then the remaining crumble on top. 6. Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
