Step 1
Place a large pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with chicken seasoning and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden and mostly cooked through.

Add the butter and garlic, stirring for 30 seconds until melted and fragrant.

Pour in the chicken stock and cream, then stir in the dried parsley and chives. Bring to a gentle simmer.
