Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta in salted water for about 6 minutes, then drain (the goal is not to fully cook the pasta, as it will finish cooking in the oven).
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, peel and chop the onion and garlic, and preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken, onion, and garlic, then add the tomato paste and cook until it becomes aromatic, season with salt, sugar, and pepper, and transfer the cooked pasta and chicken mixture into a baking dish.
Step 4
Mix the cooking cream and cream cheese together, pour it into the dish, slice the mozzarella, and place it on top.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the baked pasta on plates and enjoy your meal.
