Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
Halve the chicken lengthwise.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Fry for 2 minutes.

Turn the chicken. Season again. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Sandwich

Step 4
Slice the tomato and avocado.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Crack the eggs into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the eggs for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Spread each side of the bread with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 7
Spread the bottom bread half with cream cheese. Place the salad and tomato on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Continue with the chicken and fried eggs. Drizzle on the sriracha mayo.
Step 9
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
