Roasted Garlic and Labneh Dip

1 to 2 heads of garlics. Determine how much garlic you want. Do generous portions of olive oil and labneh based on how much garlic was selected.

Instructions

Step 1
Peel the garlic and roast it with sesame seeds and olive oil in an oven or air fryer until golden and fragrant.
Step 2
Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of the infused garlic oil for garnish. Let the rest cool slightly.
Step 3
Mash the roasted garlic and mix it with labneh, chopped parsley, salt, and optional red pepper flakes.
Step 4
Transfer to a serving plate, drizzle the reserved garlic oil on top, and garnish with extra sesame seeds or red pepper flakes for presentation.
