Instructions

1. COOK RICE:

Step 1
Cook 80g rice (raw) according to package

Let cool completely (important for cold meal)

2. COOK CHICKEN:

Heat pan with 10ml olive oil

Add 170g chicken

Cook until fully done (6–8 min)

Let cool, then slice

3. PREP VEGETABLES:

Grate or julienne 100g carrots

Slice 100g cucumber

4. MAKE SAUCE:

Mix 22g sweet chili with 100g quark

Stir until smooth

5. ASSEMBLE BOWL:

Add rice as base

Add chicken + vegetables

Drizzle remaining 33ml olive oil evenly

Add sauce on top or keep separate

6. STORE:

Refrigerate overnight

Eat cold the next day
