Chicken Avocado Rice Bowl

Instructions

1. Cook the rice:

Bring a pot of water to boil

Add a pinch of salt

Add 80g of rice

Cook for 10-12 minutes (until soft)

Drain and let it cool completely

2. Cook the chicken:

Season the chicken with 1g salt and 0.5g pepper

Heat a pan (medium heat)

Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes. Turn it occasionally

Make sure it's fully cooked through

Let it cool down, then slice into pieces

3. Prepare the vegetables:

Dice the cucumber

Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves

Slice or cube the avocado

4. Make the creamy honey sauce:

Mix 150g quark, 10g honey, 1g garlic powder, 1g salt and 0.5g pepper in a bowl

Stir until smooth and creamy

5. Assemble the meal:

Take a prep container

Add the cooled rice as base

Add the sliced chicken

Add vegetables + avocado

Drizzle 35ml olive oil evenly on top over everything

Add the sauce on top
