Step 1
Put rice into rice cooker
Step 2
Chop ginger and garlic into small pieces, chilli pepper into 0.5cm, yellow pepper into cubes and celery into 5cm. Cut the chicken thighs into 5cm.
Step 3
Put the chicken in the pan and sprinkle white pepper and garlic powder. Fry the chicken thigh with oil in the pan until it’s 90% cooked. Then put in all the chopped ingredients and fry until soft for about 10 mins.
Step 4
Put tap water into the pan, add mango cubes and chicken broth cubes. Boil for 3-5 mins.
