Step 1
Boil or cook veggie of choice: I do broccoli for 7 mins
Step 2
Make the sauce: in a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, oyster sauce, maple syrup/sugar, dark soy sauce, cornstarch and water.
Step 3
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Crumble your tofu directly into the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Add green onion and garlic and fry for another 2 minute
