Ingredients
4 servings
For the chicken
1 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonhoney
1 tablespoonsgarlic
minced
½ tablespoonsriracha
paprika
salt
pepper
chili powder
dried minced onion
red pepper flakes
For the noodles
3 packsramen noodles
without the seasoning packet
olive oil
1 tablespoonminced garlic
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonhoney
1 tablespoonsriracha
1 tablespoonbutter
red pepper flakes
For garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Create a marinade with all of the chicken ingredients. Add chicken. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Air fry marinaded chicken thighs on 400 degrees for 20-23 minutes. Flip halfway. (This may vary depending on your air fryer or if you choose to cook the chicken another way…just watch it. You want the chicken to have a slight crisp to it. Make sure the internal temp of the chicken is 165 degrees.
Step 3
Boil a pot of water. Once boiled add your ramen noodles. Cook until soft and blocks are broken apart.
Step 4
In a pan, add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Put you stove to medium heat and let the oil get hot.
Step 5
Once hot, add garlic and tablespoon of butter. Stir frequently to make sure garlic doesn’t burn. Cook until fragrant.
Step 6
Add soy sauce, honey, sirarcha and red pepper flakes. Mix everything together.
Step 7
Add drained ramen noodles to your sauce pan and mix it all together.
Step 8
Top with sliced chicken
Step 9
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.
