Instructions

Step 1
Add peaches and lemon juice to sauce pan on medium heat. Cook stirring occasionally until the fruit breaks down and bubbles.
Step 2
Remove from heat and crush peaches with a potato masher to break apart.
Step 3
Add Stevia and chia seeds and stir to combine.
Step 4
Allow mixture to cool before transferring to an air tight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
