Creatine Strawberry Jelly
5 steps
Prep:30min
Inspired by the brilliant recipe from @ineslaparibeiro on Instagram! 🍓
I loved her idea of a fresh strawberry jelly using Chia Seeds and Creatine. To make this fit my own goals, I’ve added a twist by including Collagen Peptides for a massive protein boost!
It’s the perfect, simple snack for muscle recovery and skin health, using real fruit and no refined sugars.
**What’s inside:**
* **10g Protein** (thanks to the collagen)
* **3,5g Creatine**
* **Chia Seeds** (for fiber & Omega-3s)
* **Fresh Strawberries & Agar Agar**
Huge thanks to **@ineslaparibeiro** for the original inspiration — check out her profile for more amazing ideas!

Instructions
Step 1
The Strawberry "Glow" Puree
1. Wash and hull your strawberries. 2. Blend them until completely smooth.
3. **Pro-Tip:** If you want that "store-bought" smooth look, push the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds. If you don't mind the seeds (good fiber!), keep them in. Set this aside.
Step 2
Activate the Agar (Crucial Step!)
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk 10g Agar Agar into 300ml of cold water.
2. Bring it to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
3. The Timer: Once it boils, turn the heat down slightly and simmer for exactly 2 minutes, whisking constantly.
Note: Agar MUST boil to activate. If it doesn't get hot enough, your jelly will stay liquid!
Step 3
The "Protein & Power" Mix
1. Remove the pan from the heat.
2. Whisk in your 120g Collagen and 36g Creatine.
3. Add your sweetener (Erythritol) and lemon juice now.
4. Stir vigorously until the powder is completely invisible.
Step 4
Combine & Pour
1. Pour your strawberry puree and chia seeds into the hot mixture.
2. Whisk one last time to get a vibrant, consistent pink color.
3. Work Fast: Agar Agar starts setting at room temperature (around 40°C), so don't let it sit in the pan. 4. Pour into an large baking dish (to cut in 12 portions) or evenly in 12 silicone cupcake moulds (I use silicone cupcake moulds).
Step 5
The Set
1. Leave them on the counter for about 15–20 minutes to firm up.
2. Once they are stable, move them to the fridge for at least 1 hour to get that chilled, refreshing snack texture.
