Instructions

Step 1
Add coriander seeds, mustard seeds, black peppers, bay leaves, lime leaves, salt, garlic, and honey into a Mason jar.

Step 2
If you have big cucumbers, slice them into quarters. If your cucumbers are small, leave them whole. Add your lemon slices to the side of the jar along with the dill and chili peppers, then add your cucumbers to the jar.
