Beef Patties
1egg
large, lightly beaten
1.5 oztomato paste
1egg
1 Tbspdijon mustard
2 tsponion powder
¼ tspgarlic powder
½ tspsalt
1ground beef
½ cupbread crumbs

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large, oven-ssfe skillet on medium high heat with 1-2 tbsp of oil
Step 2
Please ignore that 1 egg is listed twice. There is a glitch and I cannot remove one of the eggs. You will only need one, lightly beaten
Step 3
Whisk together beaten egg, mustard, tomato paste, salt, onion powder and garlic powder together on a large bowl
Step 4
Add ground beef to bowl and incorporate thoroughly
Step 5
Add Matzah crumbs and incorporate thoroughly. Craft mixture into six equal patties of about .25 oz or 1/4 lb each. (This recipe can be used to make a traditional meat loaf, covering with sauce and baking for about 40 minutes at 350.)
Step 6
Add patties to pan, cooking until brown on one side, about 4 to 5 minutes
Step 7
Flip patties and cook for about 2-3 minutes
Step 8
Top with equal amounts of sauce (about 2 Tbsp to start) and transfer pan to oven. Broil until sauce begins to heat and brown. Watch closely as the sugar content catches quickly. Serve
