Pie Crust
Step 1
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add cold butter cubes and cut into flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle the ice water over the mixture, 1 Tbsp at a time, mixing gently until the dough holds together.

Form the dough into a disk, wrap in cling film, and refrigirate for at least 30 minutes.

On a floured surface, roll the dough into a circle and fit into a pie diesh. Trim the edges.

Prick the base with a fork. Cover (line) the base with parchment, add baking beans, and bake at 180 degree Celcius for 15 minutes.

Add the olive oil to a pot and heat on medium heat

Add the onion and saute until golden and soft

Add the minced beef and brown (drain the excess fat

Stir in the spinach, carrots, green beans, baby marrows, and cabbage. Saute lightly until softened.

Whish eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
Combine

Spread the beef-veg mixture into the crust.

Pout the egg mixture over

Sprinke the cheese on top.

Bake at 180 degree Celcius for 45-55 minutes until golden and set.

Cool slightly before serving.
