Ingredients

For the salad
200ggreen beans
trimmed and halved
2eggs
80gsalad
8cherry tomatoes
110gtin tuna in spring water
40gpitted black olives
For the dressing
Instructions
Step 1
To make the dressing, combine the ingredients with two tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl and mix well. Season with a pinch of salt and some ground black pepper.
Step 2
Steam the green beans for three minutes, then plunge into cold water.
Step 3
Boil the eggs to medium hard, then put into cold water.
Step 4
Drain the green beans, arrange on a plate with the salad leaves and tomatoes.
Step 5
Peel the eggs, cut into quarters and place on the salad with flakes of tuna and the olives.
Step 6
Drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
