Instructions

Step 1
Place the meat in a resealable bag, then add a little olive oil and some barbecue seasoning, and crush the garlic into the bag. Seal the bag and mix well.
Step 2
Either let it marinate for a few hours, or immediately spread the chicken breasts in a skillet and start cooking them over low heat.
Step 3
Dice the vegetables, chop the sun-dried tomatoes, and place them in a salad bowl.
Step 4
Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, and meat, and mix everything together.
Step 5
Cook 2 cups of pasta, then add it to the salad bowl.
Step 6
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, mix everything together, and it’s ready.
