0.5iceberg lettuce
roughly chopped
0.5Lebanese cucumber
diced
50 gmscherry tomatoes
halve
0.5avocado
diced
0.25red capsicum
diced
0.5carrot
grated
0.25red onion
sliced
1 sprinklesalt
1 sprinklepepper
20 gmsreduced fat tasty cheese
cut into small cubes
10 mlsextra virgin olive oil
10 mlswhite wine vinegar
1 x 185gtin of tuna in olive oil
drained
Instructions
Step 1
Assemble salad ingredients and cheese cubes together and dress with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Toss to combine.
Step 2
Top salad with tuna and serve.
