Prep Meat
Step 1
Place Steak on Plate and season with Salt and Pepper
Prep Veg for air Frier
Step 2
Dice 3 potato's (1 cup) and 1 sweet potato (1 cup) into even sizes Place into mixing bowl for ease
Spray with olive oil
Season with salt, pepper and Paprika and toss bowl to cover evenly Place in Air frier at 200 for 15 Mins tossing half way through START BBQ
Prep Broccolini
Step 3
Blanch broccolini in microwave for 5 minutes in a bowl of water Drain and spray with olive oil
Season with salt, pepper and Paprika
BBQ
Step 4
Once BBQ is heated Place Steak and Broccolini on BBQ Cook Steak for roughly 5 mins flipping regularly
Cook Broccolini for about 7 minutes or until just soft
