Instructions

Step 1
Clean and slice the onion (if not pre-sliced).
Step 2
In a pan or air fryer, sauté the mushrooms, onion, and diced ham together.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, and optional grill spice.
Step 4
Cook for about 20 minutes in the air fryer (shake or stir halfway through).

Once the filling is golden and slightly crisp, it’s ready.
Step 6
Lay out one tortilla wrap.
Step 7
Add 1–2 tablespoons of the warm filling.
Step 8
Top with cheese. If the mix is still hot, let the cheese melt naturally. If not, microwave briefly to melt.
Step 9
Add fresh lettuce and a few tomato halves on top.(Optional) Drizzle with three pepper Heinz sauce.
Step 10
Roll up the wrap and serve warm.
