Protein Frosting Recipe
3 steps
Prep:5min
With just 3 simple ingredients, you can make a delicious and healthy frosting for all your healthy cakes, cupcakes, muffins, dips, or whatever else you can think of. Just combine together blended cottage cheese, vanilla whey protein powder, and vanilla extract for a super duper high protein frosting that's sugar free and fat free. Unlike storebought frostings, which are filled with added sugars, inflammatory fats, food dye, preservatives, and loads of other junk. Each serving is 2 tbsp (29 g)
