Instructions
Step 1
Line a baking tray then add tablespoons of cottage cheese on top and make sure to spread it out as thin as you can without leaving any holes in the center or it will break apart
Step 2
Sprinkle the seasonings on top ( salt is optional) then bake in a preheated oven at 175 c 350 f for 25 - 30 minutes . Once golden remove from the oven let it sit a few minutes then peel them from the paper and enjoy
