Instructions

Step 1
Coat chicken. In a large bowl combine cornstarch, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Toss diced chicken breast in the mixture until evenly coated.

Step 2
Air fry. Lightly spray coated chicken with oil. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Make the sauce. In a nonstick pan over medium heat combine orange juice, avocado oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar substitute, grated ginger, minced garlic, pepper, sugar-free orange marmalade, and cornstarch. Stir continuously until bubbling and slightly thickened — approximately 4–6 minutes.

Step 4
Combine. Add air-fried chicken to the pan and toss thoroughly to coat in the sauce.
Step 5
Portion. Divide evenly into 4 containers. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Allow to cool before sealing.
