Who doesn't love a good tzatziki? This Greek sauce uses a base of plain Greek yogurt and cucumber mixed with lemon and dill for a light and refreshing sauce to nearly everything. Each serving is about 2 tbsp (30 g)

Finely dice your cucumber, and add to a medium bowl with salt. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour, so the salt can draw out water from the cucumber

Drain out the excess water. Add in the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh dill. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use
