Tzatziki
Tzatziki, cacık (Turkish) or cнежанка (Bulgarian) is a yogurt and cucumber-based mezze that is common in Cyprus. This version has a bit more cucumber to increase fibre and add a bit more texture. We had this with some breads at a barbeque, but I used alongside salads for a few days afterwards.
