Step 1
Start by whipping the Greek yoghurt in a bowl to get rid of any lumps and make it creamier
Step 2
Grate the cucumber and squeeze most of its water out by hand. Combine with the yoghurt
Step 3
Chop the garlic very finely and add it to the bowl, followed by the salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and olive oil
Step 4
Mix well and rest it in the fridge from 3 hour up to overnight
