Instructions

Step 1
Season the chicken with liberally with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic power. Add couple pinches of sea salt and a few dashes of ginger powder. Toss the wings until well coated. Let sit for at least 4 hours, over night preferably.
Step 2
After the chicken sits, Add cornstarch and toss until they are well coated. Let sit for at least an hour.
Step 3
Shallow fry chicken about 6 minutes per side or until the chicken is nice a golden and cooked all the way through. Sometimes chicken will cook faster then it will brown, a double fry can help with this.
