Instructions
Step 1
Roast Sweet Potatoes: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
Step 2
Cook Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and keep warm.
Step 3
Assemble Bowls: Divide roasted sweet potatoes, ground beef, cottage cheese, and avocado evenly into four bowls.
Step 4
Add Toppings: Sprinkle avocado with everything bagel seasoning. Drizzle cottage cheese with hot honey.
Step 5
