Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Muffins
I found this recipe way back 2016 and have not seen it since so I've decided to post it here. Sadly cannot give credit where it is due because it's been so long.
But I've also been using this app a lot to keep track of shopping and meals I make so perect place for me to put it so I can always find it.
It's such an oldie but goodie recipe that you will not be able to have just one xD

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F (190 C)
Step 2
Lightly grease or line with paper the cupcake pans as you like
Step 3
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder baking soda, salt, cinnamon and orange zest in a large bowl
Step 4
Whisk to blend then stir in chocolate chips
Step 5
Combine egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla in separate bowl then whisk until blended
Step 6
Mix wet and dry ingredients until dry ingredients are moistened and butter is well blended and smooth
Step 7
Fill in 3/4 Cup then bake for about 15 to 18 mins or until golden brown
