Instructions
For the vegetables
Step 1
Half of a cucumber; slice.
Step 2
Chop garlic.
Step 3
Half of an onion; dice.
Step 4
Peel and grate carrot.
For the pickled cucumber
Step 5
Combine cucumber, 1/4 tsp sugar, lime juice, and salt into bowl.
For the Sriracha mayo
Step 6
Combine 2 TBSP mayonnaise, lime juice, some garlic, Sriracha sauce, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
For the Ponzu beef
Step 7
Add onion in pan (with oil) and stir for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add beef, remaining garlic, and 2 tsp sugar and cook for 5 min.
Step 9
Add ponzu sauce and salt and pepper.
