2 lbsground beef
1yellow onion
chopped
6garlic cloves
chopped
½ cupworcestershire sauce
½ cupDijon mustard
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1

Make the Tomato-Balsamic Glaze - place the tomatoes and balsamic vinegar in a pot and cook at medium heat until caramelized - about 20-30 minutes
Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard and combine thoroughly
Step 3

Add the tomato-balsamic-glace and mix until completely incorported
Step 4

divide the beef into 4" patties and cook them on a bbq or pan
Step 5

Add the cheese as you flip them so it melts nicely
Step 6

Place on a Hawaiian roll or your choice of slide bun and serve
