Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together chili flakes, minced garlic, hot sauce, spicy brown mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, light brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.

Add pork chops and coat well. Marinate at least 30 minutes (preferably 2–8 hours) in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Cook pork chops by grilling or pan-searing over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through (145°F/63°C internal temp), 3–5 minutes per side depending on thickness.
