Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lentils thoroughly under cold water.
Step 2
Add the lentils and 800 ml water to the Instant Pot.
Step 3
Close the lid and set the valve to SEALING.
Step 4
Select Pressure Cook (High) and set the time based on lentil type:

Cook 6 minutes for red lentils.
Step 6
Cook 10 minutes for green lentils.
Step 7
Cook 12 minutes for black (beluga) lentils.
Step 8
Perform a quick release of pressure once cooking finishes.
Step 9
Open the lid and add the cauliflower and broccoli.
Step 10
If needed, add 100–200 ml additional water to help steaming.
Step 11
Select Sauté (Low) and cook for 5–8 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Step 12
Turn off the heat.
Step 13
Add garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin, hemp seeds, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice.
Step 14
Blend using an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 15
Adjust thickness with warm water if needed.
Step 16
Serve portions and drizzle olive oil on top before eating.
