Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13‑inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until evenly mixed.
Step 3
Spread the filling mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4
Unroll dough and lay over the filling to cover the surface. Pinch seams together if needed.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbling at the edges.
Step 6
Let casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Divide into 6 portions.
