Instructions
Step 1
Chop or blend chicken until it has a ground texture.

Season with salt & pepper, then shape into a flat base or patties

Add cream cheese, tomato & mozzarella in the center

Fold/shape to seal the filling inside

Brush with olive oil & coat with panko for that crispy finish
