Instructions
Katsu Curry
Step 1
1) Fry onion in small blocks
Step 2
2) Add crushed garlic
Step 3
3) Add curry powder and chilli powder
Step 4
4) Add carrots and 3 potatoes
Step 5
5) Once all cooked, blend with hand blender
Step 6
6) Add remaining 3 potatoes and leave to cook
Rice
Step 7
1) Fry garlic/ginger mix (like 1 tbsp)
Step 8
2) Add vegetable stock powder, rice and water, and some light soy
Step 9
3) Cook until done
"Chicken"
Step 10
Either prepare crispy tofu, or use fries chicken strips/schnitzel etc. If crispy tofu, add garlic powder/onion powder/chilli powder/etc. into the mix
