Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine flours, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3
Add olive oil spread and rub into flour until crumbly.
Step 4
Stir in milk or buttermilk until dough just comes together.
Step 5
Gently fold in ham, cheese, and herbs.
Step 6
Turn dough onto a floured surface, pat to 2 cm thick, and cut into rounds or triangles.
Step 7
Place on tray and bake 18–20 minutes until golden and firm.
Step 8
Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving warm.
