Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the Crostini: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of za'atar. Bake for 5-8 minutes until golden and crisp. Let them cool slightly.Make the Lemon Aioli: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and optional 1 tsp of za'atar until smooth.Assemble: Spread a generous amount of lemon aioli on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a piece of smoked salmon.Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh dill, chives, and capers if desired.
